Sensitive Approach: Client at the Core Are you an SSP provider and looking for more information about Dr Liz's Sensitive Approach? Click the button below to find out more about how Liz works with practitioners.
I am a medical doctor and experienced provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) based in the South West of England.
I specialise in online delivery of Safe and Sound Protocol for adults experiencing the effects of complex trauma and chronic illness.
I deliver SSP and offer professional guidance to fellow SSP providers internationally.
I am a member of the Clinical Advisory Team for Unyte-iLs, contributing to the ongoing development of clinical guidelines and best practices, and supporting the SSP provider community.
Sensitive Approach: Client at the Core I have developed a clinical model, the Sensitive Approach: Client at the Core, that I use in my work with clients, and I also now share with fellow SSP Providers in my Training and Mentoring Programme.
I have developed my Sensitive Approach: Client at the Core, over many years of in-depth work with clients, and more recently by specialising in delivering SSP to adults who experience the effects of complex trauma and chronic illness. It draws on my professional experience as a medical doctor, my keen interest in neuroscience, and personal experience of the far-reaching impact of complex trauma.
